Day Eleven



Mood: 4/10 - Felt shitty again today. Unmotivated. The enthusiasm of last week feels a lifetime ago.

Energy: 6/10 - Little better today. I played football and everything.

Withdrawals? COKE ICE CREAM SWEETIES EVERYTHING PLEASE

Ate/Drank:
  • Breakfast - Nakd bar.
  • Lunch - Steak and brocoli 
  • Dinner - Beef, potatoes, carrots and onions
  • Drank: 2l water, 4 cups of peppermint/detox/camomile tea.

Yeesh it is getting hard now. My mood was just so low today. It's at this point that I realise that not only did coke, sweets, coffee, ice cream, crisps etc provide an escape from myself and artificial bumps in energy and dopamine to up my mood, but I had not even considered that they just gave me something to do! On days like today where it's just me and the girls and it's raining on and off so I can't take them to the park, usually we would leave the house to go to the shops and pick something up be it coffee, coke, sweets etc. Without that, I've no reason to go out and about and today I couldn't think of anything else for us to do so we just chilled at home. I felt so flat and bored. The inactivity and sedentary nature of my day really got me low. I just felt unmotivated. They say days 10 & 11 are the most common for people who do this to chuck it in so I really hope I have hit the low and it's all upward from here.
